Pro Bull Riding Outreach is an non-profit outreach organization that was started by bull riders Cody Custer & Wiley Petersen with the help of Justin Monsen and Teresa Underdown. Pro Bull Riding Outreach is not part of but is affiliated with the Professional Bull Riders Association. PBRO holds church services at most 2 and 3 day PBR events as well as the PBR Finals.

PBRO grew out of a desire to see bull riders discipled in their relationship with Christ. It started out with Bible studies held for the cowboys but grew into full-fledged outreach services as the desire of fans and cowboys alike grew. Now PBRO holds services at the hosting arena on the Saturday or Sunday morning of 2 and 3 day Built Ford Tough Series events.
